It was for criminal charge 25 years ago, no prison time, just probation, so we sent them all papers for the criminal charge and asked to withdraw so we can get a record suspension (pardon) We checked no to the criminal charge box cuz we thought it was erased considering it was 25 years ago and...

But my immigration lawyer said that it can be, she sent them a letter addressing the misinterpretation and asked to withdraw It was a humanitarian letter Can we track it online?
