Brass it make sense... the monster want give u visa but on new letter... it usually happen that monster ask for new Fresh LOA so the monster give u axact date of visa for which LOA has given means you get visa in a month but u can't enter canada before that date which mention on ur stamp visa on...

Any one can highlight if provide them Two Graduate LOA and Two Phd LOA in which I have high chances of getting visa
