Citizenship journey is now completed. Had a virtual ceremony on 25-Sep scheduled by Mississauga office. Downloaded e-certificate today. FYI - for those relying on the tracker updates, don't bother - my tracker still shows Ceremony is Not Started :) Details of timeline in my signature.

No, it isn't for all applications. If your Background verification is completed, you will not receive fingerprint request. Fingerprints are requested while they are processing the background verification and they need to do some additional checks to complete the background verification.

My tracker still has not been updated for the Oath Ceremony. Shows Ceremony as Not Started. Should I be concerned? Usually tracker precedes the oath email.

Received the Notice to Appear for a virtual oath ceremony on Sept 25th via email today. Tracker still shows Ceremony as Not Started, I believe it's usually 2 days behind. I had received the test invite from SCR office, fingerprints from Vancouver and the oath has been sent by Mississauga office.
