my visa was approved today in my gc key account but I did not receive any mail from cic or Poe letter in mail. Do they send Poe letter with passport or is it sent in mail itself?

Than I am not sure though Because I heard in February that centennial had stopped accepting applications for sept 2019 And remember the September intake application of coming year are already out by November December of previous year so that’s how early people start applying Anyways good...

Now it'll probably depend on the expiration of previous offer letters they've given out
