Unfortunately, that's a list of international VACs, which are not the same as CPCs. On the same website, I had already found a list of CPCs, but nowhere does it say whether or not they are open. I'll reiterate - does anyone know if CPC-O is still open?

Please take some time to read and familiarize yourself with the application process. Inland applications regularly take about a year to process. For inland applications, sponsorship status approval happens near the end of the application process, and yes, PR status is dependent on sponsorship...

Anyone else wait an inordinate amount of time for medical passed? I'm seeing on the tracker that most medicals are passed within a few days. My wife did hers on Feb 12 and no change to show that it's even been received.

SA is not the same as AOR2. Did you get confirmation that the local visa office is processing the application, or did you get confirmation that the sponsor has been approved?

Mississauga processes lots of outland sponsorships.

I've never heard of this occurring, but that certainly doesn't mean it isn't possible. I would find it very invasive and inconvenient, personally, especially if it were on short notice.
