Hi Ramneek, I am in similar situation. Applied on old portal. My father did not get biometric request letter but mother did. Father is primary applicant. When did your father finally received the missing stuff? Any updates?

They confirmed over a call that I'm exempted. Also my cic account is showing your action is required even today. They told me to ignore it

Same for me as well. No matching information found. Are you sure that people whose security is in process would get their info from this portal? I thought it is for paper based application

What does your background check status say in cic account?

I think they are not taking our applications seriously because most of us are in US/Canada. They must be feeling, what's the hurry? :D On a serious note, it really feels bad seeing March/April AOR getting PPR from Ottawa. Not like I'm jealous but still feels bad
