Hi Guys I submitted my passport to vfs last week on Tuesday. I got a couple emails from them and one of which with a tracking ID. When I'm tracking my application it is saying no records found. I am worried. Does anybody know why is this happening ?

They told me eligibility under review, Criminality passed and security not started. No ADRs requested. Post 9th may my calls never got connected and emails were received with generic response that file is in queue for review or application is still in process etc
