Based on what I have read on this forum, if the college has not asked for a backlog summary, then there is no need to mention it in your SOP. Hi, you need to search for a VFS centre in your city and book an appointment. You can book it before filing your visa also, coz per current trends, dates are not easily available. You won't have to pay at this time coz charges for this will be combined and paid at the time of visa application...

I think one of the major reasons for your refusal was the fact that you applied for all your family members too, which made the VO think that you are trying to immigrate. When you reapply, remove their names. Later, you can apply for them too.

They do mention that meeting minimum requirements does not guarantee admission, so if they receive higher number of applications than seats available, they will mostly reject some or defer to next intake maybe, if the student is ok with it.
