an IELTS band of 6 overall is required for SDS . did you go through SDS ?

this doesn't makes sense . you covered all the documents stating the reasons for the purpose of your visit it seems. you should apply for CAIPS notes. Also , what was your IELTS score. considering they gave second refusal reason for that.

what all documents you added the second time ?

what was the reason for first refusal ? and what is your timeline for this one?

Hey ...I applied yesterday as well..mine got rejected a day before . My consultant said it will take around same time .
