No they requested that I get a new shipping label from FedEx online and send them the PDF file. They did not specify what exactly was the problem with the original label, I had just assumed it was that the TO address did not match my address on file.

My documents were received in on Mar 28th and my account on CIC was marked approved and I received the email requesting a new shipping label on Apr 3rd. I was very happy with the speedy turnaround on the documents.

Mine were also manually cut. Hopefully there are no issues with yours.

I also sent mine overnight through FedEx on the 27th and it arrived on the 28th. It was marked as signed for at the front desk slightly before noon. I did not see any listing of a change in address in the shipping details so I assume that it was delivered to the original address I copied from...

To join in the PPR rain for today I also received my Ready for Visa email today. I was not expecting it to arrive quite this early so today will be spent getting photos arranged and setting up the prepaid return envelope. From what I've read the best service for US residents is FedEx, right?
