I have applied from outside Canada and I have no connections with Alberta. The procedure and document checklist is sent by Alberta by email once you email them with tge acceptance of their NOI. I submitted a paper application as advised in the email.

Hello everyone I got my nomination today. Yayyy!! No contact with employer, no phone call from Alberta.

I submitted my profile on August 7th, 2018.

Here is my timeline: NOC 1311 CRS 431 NOI Received: 12th March 2019 Documents Checklist Received: 12th March 2019 Documents sent: 25th March 2019 Received by them: 29th March 2019 File No. Received: 4th April 2019 Nomination: Waiting

My NOC Code is also 1311. My documents were received by them on March 29th and I received the file no. on 4th April. Now waiting for the nomination. Fingers crossed.
