Our passports were delivered to Ottawa office on July 4th, no update since then. Just called CIC, and they said that our passports are still in the printing room and visas haven't been printed yet. Asked how long it might take to get them printed out? They told me, could be in a few weeks. FYI...

Hey guys, Today I called CIC for my visa office. The agent told me that she can't tell me which visa office my application has been sent to. Has anyone had the same situation, or is it a new regulation that I'm not aware of? Thanks!
