Yes. I am guessing I forgot to send a copy from WES to IRCC because when I did not even have an EE profile when ECA was complete.

I got an email from WES that IRCC couldn't confirm my ECA because I did not add them as recipient. I have since initiated a copy to be sent to IRCC. I just want to ask if this is a common occurrence? I have passed MEP though.

Yes I did mention it. However, I'm still awaiting Alberta's decision on my AINP application too. While awaiting I wrote IELTS again which bumped my score from 414 to 472,hence the reason i got ITA before AINP decision. I can still share their decision here when it's made. All the best.
