I called them yesterday, they said sometimes it takes up to 6 weeks to get it, but I think they have not sent it yet, I checked Canada Post delivering times from Vancouver to Alberta and ii is 2 days

Same situation here, oath completed on May 17, I changed my address that day and no certificate yet, called this morning and the agent told me the certificate was sent on May 24 to my previous address, they did not have my new one on the system, now I do not what to do, they asked me to call...

I had the ceremony on May 17 ( Edmonton office), tracker was closed on May 24, no certificate yet, i have been trying to call but the line is having high number of calls always, any advice???

It can take several weeks to a few months for the passport request

File submitted Feb 08, we got only MR.

We got MR on July 9, app in Bogota since April 9.
