Well, I mailed them on Sunday and got a response on Monday morning. It was pretty quick.

Well, it seems to me that call-center agents may not have a detailed information on a particular file. Hope your case will be resolved quite soon

You could just write them on the following E-mail:goodale@sasktel.net. They need your file number, your name and your AOR date.

What he really can is enquire IRCC and give you an information on status of your file. Like general information... Visa office, eligibility, security, criminality status (if available). It is faster than getting GCMS. But I don't think he can force them to hurry up with your file or something...

Hi, guys! My AOR is 22 of December 2018. My visa office is... Surprise! Ottawa. Only criminality was passed in February. Both eligibility and criminality hasn't started yet. The overall number of days comes to 200... I just wanna ask: "What the hell is going on there?". Does anyone has any idea...

I'm not a senior but I think that you may be right and in some cases applicants with multiple dependants are privileged over the others.

That's sad, buddy and I hope you'll get your PPR soon. But at least you are in Canada now. A lot of guys, including me, are waiting for their chance to just enter the country:)
