Check again, your status should change shortly. I went through the exact same situation with my husband. We did our landing interview on Dec 15th and last week we received our PR cards even if the application still shows as "Submitted". So don't worry, you should receive them soon. :)

Yup, they have a funny way of updating the steps so you have no reasons to worry. usually all the steps will be completed around 1 week prior to the 3 months of waiting. You can read the responses from this forum and you will see that all of us went through the same process.

oh, ok.. in this case I am not sure what to tell you, this is just my personal opinion - but probably it's depending on how CES will interpret your years of study. Unfortunately, I think they’ll consider the type of degree from your country, so as long as your 5 yrs diploma is a Bachelor one...

From my experience, they will consider as "start date", July 20th (not July 9th, when you are saying that the transcripts were received). So you should expect for all the steps to be completed in mid October (I would say Oct 14 - 18). Good luck!
