    Why did IRCC return both my photos with my passport and copr?

    I recently received ppr and I sent my passport and 2 photos to them. They returned my passport and copr. One of my photos is attached on copr, but the other photo is also returned in the envelope. Is this a mistake? Shouldn't they keep the other photo? Thank you in advance.

    Yes hopefully. I saw that you have a letter in your online account confirming PR and that copy of this letter along with COPR is being mailed. It's strange in my account it says approved, but I don't have that letter.
