So far no one seems to have received AOR for sending a paper application after an online application. Looks like they are ignoring the paper application once they see you already have an online application in progress. You can try it out for yourself if you like but there’s no actual procedure...

So far I don’t think anyone who has sent a paper application after an online application has received AOR for it. You can send one if you like but they may just disregard it.

Nothing yet. With how slow online applications are being processed I don’t expect to see anything until November.

Might happen faster for paper applicants. Online applicants best not to get our hopes up.
