    Have you sent them a lot of proofs in extra on relationship to satisty their concerns? TRV are most likely refused all the time. Flood them with updates on the relationship so they are added, will force them to reconsider their position.

    It's the easiest way for them to get away with. Taking covid as an excuse , it's not just IRCC it's everywhere is the same argument lot of none productive companies use to justify their failure. (or to increase their prices...) Of course everyone knows that Mexico was problematic before covid...

    Nothing to understand on the way they manage files... but final Eligiblity is usually related to BGC this part must be completed for eligibility to be granted

    it's not done it's been probably pre-processed (pre-assessment) for eligiblity but require an officer to state if that takes more info or not

    Is not that a good idea for your case, Showing you want update yes , but asking them always the same thing.... it won't do much then maybe put you even more on wait. Never forget that those cases are processed out of the country so ppl working there have a different vision then us in Canada...

    We didn't as i most knew what to do hehe but if you are not sure.. it can help but also since most of the elements are provincial in our case it's processed differently so they send you to the provincial gov anyway haha (like Quebec)
