Yeah it does change for everyone before PPR. This is what I came to know from all of my friends whoever got their PPR. But there are chance that it could change just few days before your PPR.

Hi, Mine is also AOR Feb 8th and Primary VO is Winnipeg. I came to know from my notes about my VO. But I saw nothing was started except Medical passed. But there were couple of updates in Eligibility like the case analyst has checked my WES, IELTS, Age and PCC. I have ordered for another notes...

Yes it is a standard declaration when you hit 90 days. Even I got this message updated in my profile.

My AOR is on Feb 8th. I got my medical passed on this monday. Hope you will get your medical passed by next monday.
