@admin, please update! Did citizenship test on Nov 12. Decision made on Nov 13. Days in Canada should be 1252, not 1095. Officer said I should get oath invitation in 2-3 months.

Hello everyone! Checking back in after 6.5 weeks since fingerprint submission. I have no update. Still waiting. Really hoping for a response by mid-July.

I remember a few years ago that each point of contact from CIC would be 2.5 to 3 months. Example, AOR would be 3 months, then IP would be 3 months after that, etc. I'm seeing that now the processing is actually going faster. Each point of contact from CIC is happening in the 1.5 to 2 month...

I had the same question. I looked at 2018 spreadsheet and it looks like people get contacted by CIC around 8 weeks after fingerprint submission, usually with a test invitation.

It is the Scarborough location. Very easily accessible actually if you are driving. It is right outside the Markham exit on 401 on the North side.

I was looking at your dates and thinking the same! Btw, it stays in "In Progress" state until decision is made. To my knowledge, the fingerprint request is not posted to ECAS.

Updating again. Received fingerprint request today. Submitted fingerprints today. Also, apparently my processing office is the one at 325 Milner Avenue in Scarborough. My location on the spreadsheet is Toronto. Maybe it should be updated to Scarborough?

What is the FP process? I am seeing some mentions of it on the forum.

We submitted hubby's degree certificate photocopy, and transcripts. It says language of tuition is English. Highlighted it for more visibility.
