    Hey, but I am not sure whether VFS specifically looking for a copy of email asking to submit passport to vfs or just copy of Ready for Visa email. You can try with copy of RFV email. After submitting the passport it took 14days for me to received the COPR.

    In RFV email there is a highlighted section for If mailing address is outside Canada or USA. So I followed the instructions and received email after 7 days to submit the passport to VFS. https://www.vfsglobal.ca/canada/india/how_to_apply.html#temporary_documents

    you can submit passport to nearest vfs. Reply to RFV email and they will send instructions in 1 week to submit passport to nearest vfs.

    Hopefully by tomorrow I will receive my passport. Got notification that Passport has been couriered from the Canada Visa Application Center. Also there is an update in online application that final decision has been made. They didn't ask for remedical but travel document expiry date is 1 year...

    Good to see some movement from Sydney NS. My application also at Sydney NS and aor close to your aor. Hopefully will get some update on my application
