    I just got my Biometric letter some few mint ago but MED is yet to be pass too. I once applied for a study permit in Canada when I logged in now I notice the biometric Num then as been updated to the PR application so I don’t know if I have to give another biometric. But the request letter...

    I think that should not stop her from applying. Most time they only ask for previous work experience as long as she can get a reference letter from her previous work place. Although she would need to explain why she has not been working for the past 3 years too. So I would advice she try her luck.
