Caught a GU this morning. BG Check from "In progress" to "We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information." Though it's second time, first GU was in Mid January and that was reverse in BG check. Tracker : All pass except Background verification

I don't see any problem if mentioned it in personal history as long as you worked legally. (With work permit) There is nothing like over-emplyoed. Thumb rule is to not hide anything.
