Thank you! I asked this as I have tried to merge 5-year pay slips and (after file size optimization tools), it's 4MB already. Given that IRCC only opens one slot for me to upload pay slip, contract, proof of funds and account statement, I was thinking of the "tax returns in lieu" option.
