I got it from MP. IRCC told the MP that I'm non-routine applicant in 2019. that's why I got the first test invitation almost 20 months later.

Is there non-routine applicant who got Online test invitation here? I'm July 2018 Non-Routine applicant, and got a test invitation on Mar 2020, and the test got canceled due to COVID19. since then no invitation yet. I wonder if this is because I'm non routine or not.
