I don't think thats gonna help you , eventhough officers are done with there process Backlog on visa office is the trouble maker. because as of GC key my background check was finished on OCT 13 2019 ( i got PAL on same day) MP - OCT 24 2019 and PPR was on March 3 2020.

seems like IRCC is waiting for February, to issue PPR for Feb AR . Fingers Crossed.

I would suggest you to pay the Biometric fees with the application fees . If you are exempt for Biometric _ you will get a refund ( I got my refund after couple weeks of AR )

When you log into GC key it shows updated , but none of the fields have changed , when you log in for the second time_ status just goes back to submitted.

No, i did'nt call them. Update was shown on GC key. No updates on ECAS
