Yes thats true. Not all NDVO cases get interview but i guess all files get transfered to local visa visa and in our case it was new delhi visa office(ndvo). Only few lucky ones get processed at Mississauga(canada).

For us my hubby had to travel to canadian embassy in delhi and for me they called on phone at 12 midnight

So we both replied first as...."ohh please don't say that its already been a long time since we last met...but still if thats the last stop that we don't get it may be we ll try some other country and if nothing happens we will stay together in our hometown but still we hope that doesn't...

Yes sure. So my hubby went to NDVO for interview. The lady was nice and polite. They asked all basic questions about me, address job places we visited , where we first met who made us meet, what if visa not granted, she saw all our pictures, my hubby took all the hard copies of the pictures...

So Pre arrival and Decision made are 2 seperate things. I thought they send pre arrival only when ecas is updated to Decision made. I don't understand how their system works. Its Its so long and frustrating to wait

Yes the number is correct to call from Canada but these days they are having technical difficulties and they are not providing the file status so better directly talk to agent from this number just follow instructions

Ok in that case i am assuming that may be your background check is still in progress. Because i hv heard that when pre arrival comes they update ecas to Decision made for both applicant and sponsor. Hope and Pray for you and everyone waiting to get PPR soon.
