if you are a graduate, go for graduate certificate..consider the value of the certificate/money you will spend on the program after you pass out, only to be carrying ''college certificate'' all around where you have students with ''masters''. if you cant find it , there are plenty schools.

i think when you submit upfront medical (online app) you don't get anything like pass. you will only see (You do not need a medical exam. We will send you a message if this changes) well am not an agent or professional in V. processing but a guru in I.T who dig deep for info.
