Well...based on my last convo with the CIC agent back in March, I was informed everything was clear with the exception of the security check which was yet to commence. So hopefully it might be in-progress now.

Got the following reply based on my last usage of the online web form (only relevant info): We verified the information provided and can confirm that your application is still in process. All the required documents and information have been received by the responsible office for the moment...

I suggest you try reaching out to them by phone and try to get an update on the status and maybe they might also provide you with a similar date.
