When a Canadian citizen marries an Indian citizen in India(Mumbai) as per Hindu marriage act, will the marriage certificate obtained in India mention that one of the individual is Canadian? What exact info will be mentioned in the certificate which will indicate that the individual is Canadian?

Did it take some time to obtain the certificate from the magistrate? Hope only for submitting the info while applying for certificate, my spouse and I am required to be present physically and not mandatory when collecting if it takes months.
