I got mine changed in 2 days and now I'm a citizen. You can send them an email at ircc.dnscrcitizenshipceremony-ceremoniecitoyennetescrrn.ircc@cic.gc.ca and ask for an oath date, don't accept no for an answer. I emailed them like 20 times in total and kept asking if they have any available date.

HI yes you need a visa to visit Turkey and it takes up to 80 days , but usually you will get it in 20 - 30 days . good luck .
