@legalfalcon It’s not started on page 2 as well. This is a worrying sign for me. I know few others having Ottawa VO in the same situation. Moreover there is no red flags or RR at any place in my file. Any suggestions from your side how can we get our files noticed? Thanks

Hi @legalfalcon .Eligibility is passed by officer in notes section. Also does this security started really means it’s not started yet? Also in the cbsa notes also it’s showing as not started. Thanks.
