    exactly...that was the response from CBSA! My assumption was that it was a calendar year, only to find out it is a rolling year. By that time it was too late and I overs by 5 days 2019-2020

I've heard that if he comes down for "marriage" as a visitor there could be issues after the fact...but isn't that just if he were staying in the US with me...
