Do you already received your medical exam?? I am from 7 January.. my AOR is from 28 February I delivered my documents to Quebec on 7 March... but my CSQ and my medical request do not arrive!!!!

Hi, I sent my application on 2 January, but we lost the paper for tracking. There is a way to confirm they have received my application?? I tryed call on immigration (888 242-2100), but, to follow my application it asks my application number but I don’t have it yet! Thanks!
