Medical exam can take up to 3 months to be past, but usually it is much faster, mine took 4 days.

We have the same status of our application, received on October,11. Our file was sent to London VO at the end of February.

You are not alone, I also got my medical request after 6 months and a week from the time of submission from London visa office.
