This morning, the WP application status changed to, "Application updated/profile updated". I checked again an hour later, and it reverted back to "Submitted". Anyone know what this means?

From what I understand, there is no guarantee until they have status. It's pretty much up to the border guard. But we are also banking on them being okay with allowing my partner back into Canada when we travel to the States. (We already bought flights for a trip. Fingers crossed.)

I believe that just means the system is taking a minute to fully load the app. Give it a few mins, it should say "submitted".

We didnt get anything in the mail for an AOR, it was just in an email. If you were able to link all, you probably got the AOR somewhere :)

Nope! ECAS is only for PR/ Sponsorship applications.

I put "married" (as we are). I read somewhere that someone else had to use "single" - but I have no idea what the full situation was there.

Finally able to link PR application today. Cant figure out how to link OWP application.

We are now thinking we will book a refundable return flight and then cancel it once he lands.. fingers crossed!
