I receive Pre- Arrival Letter on December 24, 2020. when should i expect to hear from them again?

it shoes on website that the status in Progress how long usually it take to update the website or send us another email

this is the latest update ... i just recently got this email and on website it mention in progress

i submit my application on October 2019 and after month i did the medical test .. would they ask again for medical exam ?!
