As far I know there are few application are being sent to NDVO from CPC Mississauga before that they were transferred from Sydney to CPC- Mississauga

Is your application ore complex? How much time did you spend with your wife? Have you applied any visitor visa before applying the permanent residence ? Based on these they may transfer to NDVO.

i guess some officers are lazy even after transferring the file I dont see any progress. Its all depends on how efficient is the officer who deals with your file. If your file is transferred late and you get a good officer you get decision before the people who got their file transferred months...

IME# should be on the medical request letter. You need a medical request letter from IRCC to go for medical exam. If you haven't received one, you have to wait for it

you dont have to send through mail and unfortunately they dont send any acknowledgement. The only way to confirm with them is contacting the call center

May be this time they fix that and come up with real time progress instead of the current one

If you already have a medical exam you can send along with application. With the recent process to go for a medical exam you need a medical exam request from CIC which contains UCI number. Usually medical is done after they request you to do so.
