Hello where did you see RPRF updated? I was asked to pay and upload the document which I did. Biometric shows completed for me.

Hi, Currently only my medical is approved. I am yet to give biometric due to some issue in my letter. My husband biometric is already done. I have been asked to pay Right of Permanent Residence Fee? Could anyone tell why it is been asked as this early stage?

I was going through my express entry profile and I found out that I accidentally selected "Level of Education" as Masters's degree for my bachelors but the selection of Canadian equivalence is correct that is "Bachelors". Is this going to be an issue? I do have a Master's degree as well from USA.

Hey Marie, question? In how many days they generated new biometric letter for you. I called them today and they have complained to the dept who generates the letter and said they cannot tell the timeframe but should be done.

Btw do you know how long do they take reply web form. I raised on Friday but I have not got any acknowledgment. This is regarding wrong information on my biometric letter even though all my application has the correct info. Deadline to complete biometric is May 06.

I tried calling using hangout and finally reached the call center line. They said our call center is closed and is open from 8 am to 4 pm M to F. Its monday today. I do not understand why this is happening? I have an issue with the biometric letter they have generated. It has wrong information.

It seems the office is closed after 4 pm. Any idea if the office will be closed on easter Monday as well? Also how many days do they take to reply case inquiry? This is really an annoying situation for me.
