    My medical extension request submitted was on 2nd july 2019 And got it extended on 12th august 2019, and 2 days later PPR. But to be honest i dont know about ‘you dont need a medical exam’ thing, best thing is that you call them after every 10 days. Thats what i used to do.

    Guys i got PPR today!! AR - 1st feb 2018 AOR - 3rd march 2018 MR- 14th june 2018 Pre arrival letter- sept 2018 Medical extension requested on 2nd july 2019 DM and PPR - 14th august 2019 Good luck everyone!!

    I guess we are all under same visa office. My case is also under sydney, nova scotia. Medical expired 27 june 2019 Requested for extension 2 july 2019 Nothing after that.

    Congrats bro. Happy for you. My medical extension request was filed on 2nd july 2019 (as it was expired on 27th june 2019), nothing after that. So frustrating to wait. Anyone knows how long they take to extend medical?

    I’m stuck at very same situation as yours. Estimated time of completion is aug 01,2019 and everything is passed just waiting for the medical extension. Btw what visa office is your file at?
