Just out of interest. Must a QSW PR land(first entry point in Canada) in Quebec territory first, or you can land in another Province and then transit to Quebec province? What's your thought?

This is achievable. I had earlier proposed that we organize ourselves into a group and explore means of reaching out to the authorities to make complaints regarding the very slow process involved in QSW at the Federal Immigrations stage. The petition or report will seek to draw their attention...

Except i got it wrong, my understanding of this is that Quebec has thousands of unprocessed applications for CSQ. Therefore, Quebec (not Federal Govt.) will no longer proceed with those applications awaiting CSQ, and is planning to reimburse the CSQ applicants (not those awaiting Federal Decisions).

If the results are transmitted, my experience is that the CIC On-Line Service portal is updated and will show "Result received". However, the ECAS will show "You passed the medical exam" after a while if they are ok with it.. My personal experience though.

I noticed your Passport request came 1 year after your Medical and given that you are supposed to land on or before 1st anniversary of your Medical, did you then do another Medical Tests or what?
