    We did it in person in Canada with a notary. I’m not sure if it’s applicable to do it online contact a lawyer (they are all notaries) and can help you with that question.

    That was not a requirement for the Venezuelans, Colombians and Haitians. Nobody here would be able to help you with that. We were only asked to submit background checks at the time of application and proof of relationship

    That’s what in means, they won’t be accepting your family member application anymore. It wasn’t deemed complete therefore removed from the queue, you can try and give them a call, but you never received an application number, so for the agent would be hard to find information on your application...

    I always choose PR and the then express entry, this program is so new they haven’t updated the web form

    I’d use the web form to send the document. Some of my family members are in Chile and none of them take the program you must pay.

    Then you should update our application by emailing them the certificate you received. In the AOR there’s instructions on how to do this and to which email send the update

    I think it makes sense, I’m still waiting for AOR in one of my applications, I applied for 2 family members and we haven’t received one AOR yet. Submission date was Dec 19

    I’d say the AOR was missed to be sent, but it’s still an application in the queue to be processed. When is a permanent residency application you need to redo them even if they are still valid.

    It doesn’t seem there’s a way to check. I’ve been researching and not able to find a way. Even where we submitted the application the status has not changed from submitted after getting the AOR
