Thank you for answering me @cougprey ! The PCC was translated by a translator hired by the notary office and it has a consular authentication (a seal from the vietnamese Ministry of Foreign Affairs). I don't know why the agent said it was translated by a notary. Since I was not in Vietnam...

Hello @BKBK What do you mean by “marked date May 18th, 2018” if your AOR is in July 2018? Why does it indicate slow processing? I wonder if my application is having the same issue because when I called CIC the agent said my application had a note saying: delayed until May 4th.

Hi @FernandoKvra I also got the brazilian PCC from the Federal Police website and sent along with a certified translation. Regarding the vietnamese PCC, I am sure I sent exacly what they required on IRCC website. I am assuming the agent is having some trouble verifying the vietnamese...
