Here they are talking about what to do when you receive a nomination, which I do not believe it is the same thing of a letter of interest. The nomination occurs after you accept and respond to the letter and that is my question: how much time do I have to respond to the letter.

I've read it, but I still haven't found this information. But tks anyway.

I did not do anything special. My profile has been active in EE pool since January and yesterday I got the letter.

Your best bet would be visiting the province's websites you're interested in. There will be a page regarding immigration programs and, if applied, a list with jobs in demand.
