Just read the letter saying Winnipeg office. Few days ago I was told that my file is at Sydney. It's out of blue. I assume they transfered my file to Winnipeg office right before today.

If the file is at Sydney office, it will most likely take more than 2 days. Mine is stuck in there , I'm still waiting for copr since dm on sep 4.

Ecas : still decision made, Gc key: no change I've called ircc two times, sent web form and talked local MP. I've done everything I can.

I'm exactly in the same boat. Dm on sep 4th still waiting for copr. Idk why they aren't sending copr after dm. Other local offices sending copr and dm on the same day. I even talked IRCC through local MP few days ago but they just gave him the same canned answer as what agents and web form...

If you ever saw your GCMS note you can see where your file is located at. Other local offices are sending Dm and copr on the same day but not Sydney.

Is Sydney office sending copr slower than other offices? Looks like people who got copr in 2 days after dm is related to local offices or Toronto edmonton office. My file is stuck in Sydney office I'm still waiting for copr since dm on 4th sep.
