You can submit your application explaining your situation in a separate letter. Once your PCC is ready, you can send it to them through a webform if you have a temporary file number by then. If not IRCC will ask you later to upload your PCC to your GCKey account.

Guys, I received another ADR today asking for my & my spouse's Resumes/CVs. I'd appreciate those who were asked the same to advise on its format. Does it need to include the list of tasks and responsibilities or it only requires the job titles and the periods of employments? Thanks in advance.
