@All forgot to mention about visa refusal: use web form and advise them asap. Also, call cic to confirm that. Just tell them you forgot and they will make a note. Be sure to document the time and date in case. I did have that mistake, I informed and now I am a Canadian. Hope this will peace...

I am sorry to say this but if your documents are true, and you have nothing to hide, you should ditch you agent as soon as possible. The whole ee application is only 1.5k CAD and he is asking you 5 grand, geez... You can get back your application by call cic, and link your application to you GC...

As long as they are willing to give you the letter of employment stating ur working fulltime (more than 30 hourse/week), Job descriptions match NOC, pay stubs, etc then you should be fine

you have to be patient, i am actually on fire to wait my visa stamp on my pp as well. But if you keep asking them, things just get worse as they have many requests per day. So, save your breath and patiently wait. We got to this stage, we waited a long time, so another 1-2 weeks means nothing...

PrasadK is quite right here 1. Who says webform does not work? I have sent my inquiries 3 times by webform: add work permit in canada, change address, and US visa refusal and IT WORKED. Just send the webform, they will send you the receipt of receiving. Keep that for yourself and after two weeks...
