Hey Everyone! Looks like my husband needs to go in for an interview. (I genuinely don't understand how they decide on this, as everything was pretty straightforward, but it is what it is) That being said, for anyone that has already gone through this, any tips/advice/things to know? Thanks!

Finally got our Biometric Request! I didn't realize when I submitted that this needed to be done...this obviously delays us slightly, I'm sure we would have received the request back in February when we instead got the biometric fee payment request. Regardless, things are moving, and I'm sure...

YAY! So happy for everyone. No ghost updates for me at this point, that being said I am so happy to see how quickly these are all being processed. Hopefully we receive a pre-arrival email very soon!

I have the exact same AOR2 as you as well...I just didn't notice it because it's out of order on ecas. I have a feeling it'll be 6-8 weeks before we hear more.

So, we officially got our "Medical exam passed" Now I guess we wait :) I'm really hoping the Vienna office isn't slow...because from what I can see in the trackers there are only a handful of applications that have been going there over the past few months. Good luck everyone!

Got a hold of them. The wait really wasn't too bad. And they confirmed that they did in fact receive the payment and the letter we got was more than likely a human error. Thanks for the help everyone!

what's the trick to calling them....aka what numbers, because i can't handle their super long phone menus. and i never end up with a rep :(

My PA just got an email with a letter attached asking for biometric fees again...we already submitted this and received confirmation of receipt. Which is beyond annoying. Has this happened to anyone?

When did you submit/did they confirm receipt? For me it shows they received the additional documents aka the payment on my account online, but it's been almost two weeks and i still don't have a biometrics letter. I want to wait to get this before sending my husband to do medical, because both...

i just got the medical request as well! I had paid the biometric fee after submitting the application, and have not yet received the biometric request. Because the PA has to travel to the same place for both, I was hoping to get both done at the same time. How soon do you think I might get the...

If I got an email saying they received my additional docs (police check + biometrics paid via webform). How soon after should this be reflected online / when will we get the biometric / medical request?

My issue originally was that I didn't include myself in the count. So for me it was 2, sponsor to PA. It worked after that. :)
