Is there any truth to the fact that some case processing centers are slower than the others ?? Lile my application is in CPC Ottawa. And i have read that they are slow in processing applications as compared to other ones . Any ideas regarding that ?

Called IRCC yesterday . After 45 ins of wait time got the following responses. The lady said that its normal and nothing to worry about as such. Medicals Passed Criminality Completed. Security Not Yet Started Eligibility Not Yet Started AOR 11 dcember MEP 21 jan RPRF Paid Upfront Biometrics...
